Custom softwareOrya One product
Orya FamilyBoard
A live software reference for Orya One that shows product-style interface structure, clearer role logic, and software delivery presented as a usable platform.
The brief
Running a household means a steady stream of recurring tasks, shared responsibilities, and small daily plans that usually live across chats, notes, and memory. Orya FamilyBoard is an Orya One product for families who want that coordination in one place.
The product had to feel like a working system rather than a brochure: clear roles for different family members, a daily view that shows what matters now, and a structure that supports recurring interactions without becoming complicated to use.
How we approached it
- 1
Roles shape the interface
The interface structure is organised around who does what, so each family member sees shared tasks framed by their own role.
- 2
The day at the centre
A focused daily view keeps today's tasks in front, which matches how household coordination actually happens: one day at a time.
- 3
A compact portal
Features are grouped into one portal-style environment, so recurring tasks stay in a single place instead of being scattered across separate tools.
What we delivered
- Software-first delivery with a role-oriented interface structure
- Operational product framing instead of brochure-led presentation
- Live reference for building usable systems around real recurring tasks
What it had to achieve
- Show how a compact product can still feel structured and credible
- Support recurring interactions inside one software environment
- Demonstrate platform thinking beyond static page layout
