Orya One

Terms of service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website and when you engage Orya One for a project. Orya One is the trading name of Dimitris Kampouridis, sole proprietor, VAT number EL153066915 ("we", "us"). "You" means the client or the website visitor.

Using this website

The content of this website is general information. Prices shown are starting prices ("From …") and are not binding offers; the price of a project is set in its written quote. We aim to keep the content accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

Quotes and project agreements

Every project starts with a written scope and fixed quote. Once you accept it, that document and these terms together form our agreement; if they conflict, the project document prevails. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing and may change the price and timeline.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. [To be completed: state whether website prices include VAT] Payment follows the schedule in the quote, typically 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.

Ownership

When the project is paid in full, you own the code, content and data produced for you. We keep ownership of general tools, libraries and know-how we developed independently, and grant you a permanent, free licence to use any of them that are included in your project. Open-source components remain under their own licences. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Your responsibilities

You provide the content, access and feedback we need on time, and confirm that you have the right to use any material you give us, such as texts, images and data. Delays on your side may move the timeline.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share business information, data or project details with third parties without your written consent. We may share information with subcontractors needed to complete the work, under equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Data protection

Where we process personal data on your behalf, for example your customers' data in a system we build or maintain, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.

Warranty and liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care, but do not guarantee that software will be entirely free of errors. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project and does not cover indirect or consequential damage or loss of profit. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under Greek law.

Care and support plans

Care and support plans are governed by the terms set out in the relevant quote.

Governing law and disputes

Greek law applies. The courts of Katerini have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not limit the protection given to you by mandatory consumer law, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Consumers can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Changes

We may update these terms. Each project is governed by the version in force when you accepted its quote.
