From the first call to launch, and after
Every project follows the same four steps, with a fixed price agreed before work begins and progress you can see every week.

Free call
A 30-minute call, or a meeting at your business if you are nearby. We ask about the business, your customers and what is not working today, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Fixed quote
You receive a written scope: what we will build, what is included, the timeline and a fixed price. Work starts only when you accept it, and any change to the scope is agreed in writing first.

Build and review
You see progress every week and give feedback as we go, so there are no surprises at the end.

Launch and support
We go live together and check everything on real phones. Afterwards a care or support plan keeps things running, or you take it in-house.

What we need from you
- One person who can give feedback and make decisions
- Your logo and brand colours, if you have them
- The facts about the business: services, prices, hours and what customers often ask
- Recent, real photos of the place, the team or the work
- Access to your domain and Google Business Profile, or the details to set them up
What you own
- When the project is paid in full, the code, content and data are yours.
- You can take everything in-house at any time.
- Everything is built for GDPR from day one.
After launch
Care plan for websites
Hosting, security updates, backups and small edits, for any website tier.
From €25 per month
Support plan for software and ML
Fixes and updates for the systems we build, and for machine learning, accuracy tracked over time and regular retraining.

Common questions
▶How long does a project take?
Essential websites go live in 1–2 weeks, and larger sites in 3–6 weeks. For software and ML work, the timeline comes with your fixed quote, once we know the scope.
▶Do I own the code and data?
Yes. When the project is paid in full, the code, content and data are yours.
▶Do you work with businesses outside Greece?
Yes. We work remotely in English with businesses anywhere in Europe.
▶Can you build projects funded through ΕΣΠΑ?
Yes. We build to the programme's technical requirements and work alongside your funding consultant.
▶What happens after launch?
Websites can stay on a monthly care plan, and software and ML systems on a support plan. You can also take everything in-house at any time.
