LobbyOS
Orya One's front-desk system for small and mid-sized hotels: today's picture, the room plan, reservations, housekeeping and payments on one calm screen, with a demo hotel so you can try it live.

The brief
In a small hotel the front desk keeps everything in its head: who arrives and when, which room is clean, who still owes money and which booking came through which channel. The tools on offer are either built for large chains or amount to a diary and a spreadsheet.
LobbyOS had to show at a glance what matters today, warn before a mistake happens, such as an arrival into a room that has not been cleaned, and keep reservations, housekeeping and payments in one system, in Greek, with no training needed.
How we approached it
- 1
Today first
The home screen is the front desk's day: occupancy, takings and balances, the items that need attention, and arrivals, in-house guests and departures, each with its next action one click away.
- 2
The room plan at the centre
One row per room and each booking as a bar, coloured by status, with blocks for maintenance. New bookings, moves and changes of length happen on the plan itself, and from the keyboard.
- 3
Housekeeping and payments in the same system
Housekeeping sees the rooms needed for arrivals first, and every stay carries its amount, balance and channel, so the desk knows who pays on departure and what has already been collected.
What we delivered
- A Today screen with occupancy, takings, balances and items needing attention
- A 7 to 60 day room plan with bookings, maintenance blocks and occupancy per day
- Reservations with channel, status, amount and balance, and export to a file
- Housekeeping, guests with history, rates and availability, reports
- A demo hotel that resets on every visit
What it had to achieve
- The front desk sees its day on one screen instead of three tools
- Rooms for arrivals are prepared first, with a warning before the guest arrives
- Balances are visible before departure, not after
- You can try it live before we talk
