▶Why not just buy an AI subscription ourselves?
You can, and with us you still do: the account is yours. The difference is that most people end up using AI like a search engine. We set it up safely, show your team how to use it for your actual work, and give you ready-made workflows so it saves real time from the first week.
▶Do we need new computers?
No. Everything runs in the browser or the provider's app, on the computers and phones you already have.
▶Who pays for the AI subscription?
You pay the provider directly, at their standard price. You pay us only for setup, training, automations and support. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps working.
▶Is it safe for sensitive client data?
Business plans from the major providers come with data processing terms and don't use your data for training. We still set clear rules about which data stays out, especially health and legal information, and help you decide what's appropriate for your office. Staying compliant remains your office's responsibility; we help you set things up so you can.
▶Which AI do you recommend?
It depends on the tools your office already uses. Microsoft 365 offices often fit Copilot and Google Workspace offices fit Gemini, while ChatGPT and Claude work for almost everyone. Whichever it is, client data only goes into a business plan, never a personal one. We recommend one after the free call.
